Isles of Shoals Steamship Company offers various cruises that sail out of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Known as the seacoasts most popular cruises, the company has been privately owned by the Whittaker family since 1962 and offers endless opportunities for guests. Daily cruises, educational fieldtrips, wedding and reception cruises, private charters, and large group cruises are offered aboard the beautiful M/V Thomas Laighton ship. Daily cruises include the Star Island Stopover, Star Island Walkabout, Portsmouth Harbor Tour, Steamin’ Party Ship, and the historic Isles of Shoals & Portsmouth Harbor Tour where you can view beautiful lighthouses along the coast.

If you are looking for an educational trip, the “Window to the Working Waterfront” field trip allows students to explore commerce, culture, seamanship, marine environment, history and Lore & Legends through this interactive adventure. The goal is to create a well rounded, memorable experience in which learning outcomes are aligned with curriculum standards. Wedding receptions can also be held on the M/V Thomas Laighton. The office is open from: 8am - 7pm from mid June to Labor day. 9am - 4pm in the fall. 10am - 6pm in the winter and spring. Limited convenient dockside parking available at our dock for $5.00 per car.
